Energy Coaching

If you feel stressed and anxious and don't know how to end that cycle; if your body is rebelling against your daily challenges by gaining weight and losing energy; if you find yourself feeling lethargic and uninspired and your eating habits are getting out of control, Energy Coaching can help you!

You've probably figured out that optimal health doesn't start and end in the gym.  While exercise is an important factor of good health, it is only one part of the equation. As an Energy Coach, I will guide you toward your personal health goals - and not only physical health, but mental, emotional, spiritual and even social health. Together we create a plan that focuses on you

 Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) as a base, you re-discover that your dreams of a marvelous present and future of personal wellness are possible and within reach. Regular contact with and encouragement from me will help you overcome the blocks that hold you back. Anxiety and emotional stress can be vastly reduced, opening the space for your forward movement and natural healing. You create your own life vision; I help guide you there.

Together we will create an ongoing program of wellness practices and daily routines personalized specifically for what you are experiencing. You will learn to institute simple, regular practices that teach your nervous system to relax, and set up a personal pathway that leads to your best life. Explore your life vision and chart a course for new energy, personal acceptance, and life satisfaction.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques; aka Tapping) helps us feel better around our problems. With EFT,  your challenges don't disappear, but you are able to observe them objectively and take appropriate action (or not!) without raising your levels of stress. It works for weight balance (good-bye, cravings!), for pain, for emotional distress, and more.

Change can be hard and even disorienting. EFT can help ease the difficulties of your life transitions. It is non-invasive and easy to learn.

Emotional distress and trauma contribute greatly to dis-ease. Clinical trials have shown the effectiveness of EFT on anxiety, phobias, depression, pain and other problems.

Why private yoga when there are so many group classes available? A private yoga session is centered on YOU and your own, unique needs and goals. I am trained in the therapeutic uses of yoga and work with your specific needs and challenges to help you build strength, balance and peace. Reiki is a gentle healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing. The practitioner channels the Energies that surround us and draws them to the client, who then "accepts" these energies and uses them for their own healing. Reiki can be done in person or distant. Energies have no distance (or time!) restrictions, and the distant client receives the same benefits as if the session were done in person. Click the button on the right to schedule a session today!
